Meghan- I was born and raised in the Chester, VA area. Currently I am a student at Virginia Commonwealth University, and studying Elementary Special Education. I have a passion for working with children and that is an adventure in and of itself. I am a preschool teacher at my local Goddard School and absolutely love it! Some of my favorite things are cooking, crafting, traveling, music, trying new things, spending time with family, and most of all being with my partner in crime Brandon!
Brandon- I was born and raised in Madison, VA. I am an alum of Woodberry Forest School. Currently I am a student at Virginia Commonwealth University where I am studying Biomedical Engineering. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, being active, going out and doing new things, most sports, and video games.
How We Met:
Madison, Va and Chester, Va are 2 hours away by car (quicker if you drive like Brandon), but it was coming to college that would allow us to meet. We met on January 27, 2012 at Virginia Commonwealth University. We met on our way to a fraternity party. Brandon sparked conversation, we danced once, he asked for my number and I told him I would text him back. Well little did we both know at the time but I never texted him back and we didn't speak again for about 2 months.(what a horrible girl he must have thought I was). The second time we encountered each other was when he just so happened to be talking to my good friend at the time. Well we ended up spending more and more time together, and one thing lead to another and long story short, they ended up not working out and we started talking. After about a week we decided we would give it a go and embark on an adventure that would hopefully last a lifetime. We started our relationship on May 5, 2012 and have been by each other's side ever since!
Our Adventure:
Since May 5, 2012 we have been on an adventure together. We are constantly trying to find new things to do and love sharing our experiences with other people. We are always up for a challenge and will try just about anything as long as it't not too dangerous or illegal! We hope that this blog will create a space where we can share our experiences and a place where people can broaden our horizons to try new things.
